SHIPPING
We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of order being placed. We take great care of each order no matter how big or small.
Orders are shipped via USPS and the average shipping time is 3-5 days. Express shipping or Priority Mail shipping is available for an additional fee. Please call or specify your preferred method when placing your order.
Gift Wrap is available for an additional $5.00 per box. We will be happy to include a gift card, please use the comments section to let us know your card greeting.
Exchanges
Due to the high cost of credit card processing and shipping costs Sugar Boutique only offers merchandise exchanges or store credit. Exchanges for merchandise or store credit is gladly accepted within 30 days of date shipped. Item must have tags attached and unworn to receive a full merchandise credit. All exchanges must have an RA# on the outside of the box. Please call us at 1-931-520-4268 or email us shop@shopsugarboutique.com . Store credit is good for 1 year from purchase date.
